verdin-imx8m[mp]: Increase SD regulator startup delaytoradex_imx_lf_v2022.04
The power switch used to power the SD card interface might have
more than 2ms turn-on time, increase the startup delay to 20ms to
prevent failures.
There is no need to send this change upstream, upstream U-Boot is
using OF_UPSTREAM and it will naturally get the patch from the mainline
kernel after https://lore.kernel.org/all/20241024130651.49718-1-francesco@dolcini.it/
is merged.
