pf8100: add pmic fusing commandColibri-iMX8QXP_fsl-image-validation_L4.9.123-20181112toradex_imx_v2017.03_4.9.123_imx8mm_ga-bring_up
Note that this requires the SCFW in a version which provides access
to the PMIC I2C. Something which the regular SCFW should not do.
