colibri_vf: update defconfig to enable IIO sysfs trigger
While we enable CONFIG_IIO_SYSFS_TRIGGER in kernel source defconfig
this is not enabled in defconfig being used in OpenEmbedded. This
results in sysfs triggers not being enabled by default in an image
build with OpenEmbedded. This is already observed with our last
release 2.6 Beta1 image.
