xserver-xorg_1.17.2.bb: use version for tk1 only and don't deploy 10-evdev.conf
Make the 1.17.2 only used for tk1 machines.
With the update xserver-xorg update to 1.18 and 'xf86-input-evdev:
Upgrade 2.9.2 -> 2.10.0' this file is provided by the evdev recipe.
So when using an older xserver-xorg don't deploy the file.
