u-boot-toradex: mainline: Remove HUSH_OLD_PARSER cfg fragment
The problematic change was reverted in mainline, commit 3c3a73424e6d
("Revert "cmd: Set modern hush as default shell""), remove the
workaround so we know in case it break again.
