PXA: add a (untested) machine config for PXA
- builds a unified kernel usable on
Colibri PXA 270, PXA3xx Module Versions V1.x refer:

probably one needs to use the older adapted kernel and u-boot
but with kernel options amended by systemd needs
- adds a dummy burnflash tarball to not break final packaging
