udev:99-toradex.rules: change usdhc to mmc
Change KERNELS=="5b010000.usdhc" to KERNELS=="5b010000.mmc", this fixes
a issue that /dev/emmc* device nodes not created after we upgraded to
linux-toradex 5.4 kernel.
