2009-03-20ppc4xx: Use correct io accessors for esd 405/440 boardsMatthias Fuchs
This patch replaces in/out8/16/32 macros by in/out_8/_be16/_be32 macros. Also volatile pointer references are replaced by the new accessors. Signed-off-by: Matthias Fuchs <matthias.fuchs@esd.eu> Signed-off-by: Stefan Roese <sr@denx.de>
2009-01-26ppc4xx: Remove CONFIG_SYS_IGNORE_405_UART_ERRATA_59 from config filesMatthias Fuchs
Lot's of 405 board config files use CONFIG_SYS_IGNORE_405_UART_ERRATA_59. Either they define or undef it. Because it's not used in any source files this patch removes any references to it. Signed-off-by: Matthias Fuchs <matthias.fuchs@esd-electronics.com> Signed-off-by: Stefan Roese <sr@denx.de>
2009-01-23NAND: rename NAND_MAX_CHIPS to CONFIG_SYS_NAND_MAX_CHIPSWolfgang Grandegger
This patch renames NAND_MAX_CHIPS to CONFIG_SYS_NAND_MAX_CHIPS and changes the default from 8 to 1 for the legacy and the new MTD NAND layer. This allows to remove all NAND_MAX_CHIPS definitions in the board config files because none of the boards use multi chip support (NAND_MAX_CHIPS > 1) so far. The bamboo and the DU440 define #define NAND_MAX_CHIPS CONFIG_SYS_MAX_NAND_DEVICE but that's bogus and did not work anyhow. 2008-07-11ppc4xx: Consolidate PPC4xx UIC definesStefan Roese
This 2nd patch now removes all UIC mask bit definition. They should be generated from the vectors by using the UIC_MASK() macro from now on. This way only the vectors need to get defined for new PPC's. Also only the really used interrupt vectors are now defined. This makes definitions for new PPC versions easier and less error prone. Another part of this patch is that the 4xx emac driver got a little cleanup, since now the usage of the interrupts is clearer. Signed-off-by: Stefan Roese <sr@denx.de>
2008-05-21Big white-space cleanup.Wolfgang Denk
This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues. Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get removed (unless they appear in print statements). Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide indentation problems. Signed-off-by: Wolfgang Denk <wd@denx.de>
2007-10-31ppc4xx: Remove cache definition from 4xx board config filesStefan Roese
All 4xx board config files don't need the cache definitions anymore. These are now defined in common headers. Signed-off-by: Stefan Roese <sr@denx.de>
2007-09-15NAND: Add CFG_NAND_QUIET optionMatthias Fuchs
This config option sets the default for the progress information output behavior that can also be configured through the 'quiet' environment variable. The legacy NAND code does not print the current progress info on the console. So this option is for backward compatibility for units that are in the field and where setting the quiet variable is not an option. With CFG_NAND_QUIET set to '1' the console progress info is turned off. This can still be overwritten through the environment variable. 2006-03-05Re-factoring the legacy NAND code (legacy NAND now only in board-specificBartlomiej Sieka
code and in SoC code). Boards using the old way have CFG_NAND_LEGACY and BOARDLIBS = drivers/nand_legacy/libnand_legacy.a added. Build breakage for NETTA.ERR and NETTA_ISDN - will go away when the new NAND support is implemented for these boards.
