Some users might want to modify 'bootcmd' at compile-time by editing include/configs/uniphier.h, but overwriting it at run-time makes it impossible. Instead, set 'bootdev' at run-time, which contains the boot device the system is booting from, then indirectly reference it from 'bootcmd'. It is up to users whether to override 'bootcmd'. Now that CMD_UBI does not select CMD_MTDPARTS we need to make platforms that had been enabling it turn it on by hand. This exposed that we had not yet migrated CMD_MTDPARTS fully, so do so now. We have the following cases: - CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally - CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now. - CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 + 2), set this to 8. 2018-06-23ARM: uniphier: enable CONFIG_SNI_AVE and disable CONFIG_SMC911XMasahiro Yamada
Enable the on-chip ethernet driver for uniphier_{v7,v8}_defconfig. Disable the on-board SMC911x because it has not migrated to the driver model yet - it is not possible to enable DM and non-DM drivers at the same time. 2018-02-05cmd: Make CONFIG_CMD_FPGA depend on CONFIG_FPGATuomas Tynkkynen
cmd/Makefile has: ifdef CONFIG_FPGA obj-$(CONFIG_CMD_FPGA) += fpga.o endif which means that if CONFIG_FPGA is not set, CONFIG_CMD_FPGA silently does nothing. Let's remove that Makefile conditional and instead express this equivalent dependency in Kconfig, so a lot of redundant # CONFIG_CMD_FPGA is not set can be removed from board defconfigs that don't actually have an FPGA.
