2019-03-04configs: at91: remove SPL_GENERATE_ATMEL_PMECC_HEADER from non-nand configsEugen Hristev
SPL_GENERATE_ATMEL_PMECC_HEADER will generate a header for the SPL for NAND information. The initial stage 1 bootloader will use this header in case the NAND flash doesn't support commands to retrieve sector size, etc. However this header is bad for different boot media, like MMC or SPI. We have the following cases: - CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally - CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now. - CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 + 2), set this to 8. This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_SPI This partly involves updating code that assumes that CONFIG_SPI implies things that are specific to the MPC8xx SPI driver. For now, just update the CONFIG tests. This also involves reworking the default for CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR so that we don't set it when we cannot make a reasonable default, as it does not cause any compile failures. 2018-02-11configs: Migrate CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASETom Rini
On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers. 2018-02-05cmd: Make CONFIG_CMD_FPGA depend on CONFIG_FPGATuomas Tynkkynen
cmd/Makefile has: ifdef CONFIG_FPGA obj-$(CONFIG_CMD_FPGA) += fpga.o endif which means that if CONFIG_FPGA is not set, CONFIG_CMD_FPGA silently does nothing. Let's remove that Makefile conditional and instead express this equivalent dependency in Kconfig, so a lot of redundant # CONFIG_CMD_FPGA is not set can be removed from board defconfigs that don't actually have an FPGA. 2017-05-09configs: sama5d3xek: add default config for CMP boardWenyou Yang
The sama5d36ek CMP board is the variant of sama5d3xek board. It is equipped with the low-power DDR2 SDRAM, PMIC ACT8865, and some power rails. The board is mainly used to measure the power consumption. As all those changes are done in at91bootstrap, in U-Boot, only use another device tree file, no code needed to change. As there is additional power consumption when enbling the USB Host and USB device, for the power consumption measurement intention, disable the USB host and device.
