The LUN number is not part of the Command Descriptor Block (CDB) for scsi inquiry, request sense, test unit ready, read capacity and read10 commands. A new, Windows compatible init sequence was also backported from Linux 2.6, but disabled with #undef NEW_INIT_SEQ as it wouldn't change the behaviour of the memopry sticks we tested.
