KM Kirkwood boards now implement the driver model for its SPI flash interface. Therefore, the old board specific claim and release functions can be deleted. The preprocessor definition CONFIG_SYS_KW_SPI_MPP is yet unused as well. All its appearances and dependencies are removed in the kirkwood_spi driver, header files and finally the configuration whitelist. 2019-07-11km/spi: overwrite kirkwood_spi weak functions for KM Kirkwood boardsPascal Linder
As the SPI NOR and NAND devices share the same hardware pins, the MPP configuration has to be changed when claiming/releasing the bus. The current configuration is saved when claiming and restored when releasing. Furthermore, a general-purpose output is used to switch the chip-select signal. This is now also implemented for the DM part of the kirkwood_spi driver. 2019-07-11km: modify Kconfig file organization for KM boardsPascal Linder
As preparation for the upcoming transferring of configurations from header files to Kconfig, a common Kconfig file for all KM boards was created. For the moment, it only sources the other three, more specific, Kconfig files. Therefore, the architecture Kconfig files now include the common Kconfig file. Also, the configuration selection for KM boards was moved from the architecture Kconfig files to the board specific Kconfig files. Rescue mode bootcmd currently only appends the "omniarescue" parameter to the bootargs variable. We do not want the user to be able to change rescue mode bootargs. Therefore change this so that bootcmd sets the bootargs variable in an absolute way (adding console device information and the omniarescue paramterer). 2019-07-11arm: mvebu: turris_omnia: fix adapters MAC addressesMarek Behún
The board code reads MAC addresses from the ATSHA204A cryptochip. For compatibility reasons the ethernet adapters on this SOC are not enumerated in register address order. But when Omnia was first manufactured this was done differently. Change setting of MAC addresses to conform to the description on the stickers sticked on actual Omnias. 2019-06-27board: atmel: fix pda variable not being resetEugen Hristev
In case someone detects a PDA and u-boot sets the 'pda' variable, and the user does a saveenv, the pda is set in env, and if the screen is removed, u-boot will still have in the env the 'pda' variable, even if no screen is attached. In order to fix this, we have to reset the 'pda' variable, such that it's not just set if the screen is detected, but also unset if no screen is detected. 2019-06-26rockchip: rk3399: Fix enabling boot-on regulatorsMark Kettenis
The new common rockchip pinctrl driver does not support explicit requests for a particular pinctrl function. As a result, the board_init() function bails out early before enabling the boot-on regulators. Fix this by simply removing the request for pwm0, pwm2 and pwm3. 2019-06-26board: rk3399: Drop explicit uart enablement in spl_board_initJagan Teki
preloader_console_init is used for printing SPL boot banner that usually called from spl_board_init. The current spl_board_init in evb and rock960 is enabling explicit pinctrl, debug uart prior to calling preloader_console_init which eventually not required since board_init_f is already enabled debug uart. So, drop those explicit enablement calls from spl_board_init of evb, rock960. Tested this by enabling CONFIG_SPL_BOARD_INIT and adding u-boot,dm-pre-reloc property for uart node. 2019-06-19board: lx2160a: fix fsl-mc status in fdt with bootefiMian Yousaf Kaukab
fsl-mc lazyapply command applies dpl from efi_exit_boot_services(). Status of fsl-mc node in working fdt is updated at this stage. However, an efi application like grub may already have copied the fdt. So the updates to fdt done at efi_exit_boot_services() may not be visible to the OS.
