2019-08-11env: Drop environment.h header file where not neededSimon Glass
This header file is now only used by files that access internal environment features. Drop it from various places where it is not needed. Acked-by: Joe Hershberger <joe.hershberger@ni.com> Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>

2018-09-30db410c: automatically launch fastbootRamon Fried
If during boot the key-vol-down press is detected we'll fall back to fastboot. Signed-off-by: Ramon Fried <ramon.fried@gmail.com>
2018-09-30db410c: serial# env using msm board serialRamon Fried
The serial# environment variable needs to be defined so it will be used by fastboot as serial for the endpoint descriptor. Signed-off-by: Ramon Fried <ramon.fried@gmail.com>
2018-09-30ehci: Replace board_prepare_usb with board_usb_initRamon Fried
Use standard board_usb_init() instead of the specific board_prepare_usb. Signed-off-by: Ramon Fried <ramon.fried@gmail.com>
2018-08-13db410: alter WLAN/BT MAC address fixupRamon Fried
Change the way MAC address fixup is done: 1. Stop using LK handed device-tree and calculate the MAC address our own. 2. Allow overriding the generated MACS with environment variables: "wlanaddr" and "btaddr". Signed-off-by: Ramon Fried <ramon.fried@gmail.com>
2018-08-10db410c: Fixup DRAMRamon Fried
Call the MSM DRAM detection and fixup function to support dynamic detection of onboard memory. Signed-off-by: Ramon Fried <ramon.fried@gmail.com>
2018-07-25efi_loader: Rename sections to allow for implicit dataAlexander Graf
Some times gcc may generate data that is then used within code that may be part of an efi runtime section. That data could be jump tables, constants or strings. In order to make sure we catch these, we need to ensure that gcc emits them into a section that we can relocate together with all the other efi runtime bits. This only works if the -ffunction-sections and -fdata-sections flags are passed and the efi runtime functions are in a section that starts with ".text". Up to now we had all efi runtime bits in sections that did not interfere with the normal section naming scheme, but this forces us to do so. Hence we need to move the efi_loader text/data/rodata sections before the global *(.text*) catch-all section. With this patch in place, we should hopefully have an easier time to extend the efi runtime functionality in the future. Signed-off-by: Alexander Graf <agraf@suse.de> [agraf: Fix x86_64 breakage]

2018-05-07SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel styleTom Rini
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>

2018-01-15db410c: replace reset driver with psciJorge Ramirez-Ortiz

2018-01-15db410c: update wlan and bt mac addresses from firmwareJorge Ramirez-Ortiz
The firmware that runs before u-boot modifies u-boot's device tree adding the local-mac-address and local-bd-address properties for the compatibles "qcom,wcnss-bt" and "qcom,wcnss-wlan". This commit reads that firmware, retrieves the properties and fixups the device tree that is passed to the kernel before booting. Signed-off-by: Jorge Ramirez-Ortiz <jorge.ramirez-ortiz@linaro.org>

2017-08-16env: Rename setenv() to env_set()Simon Glass
We are now using an env_ prefix for environment functions. Rename setenv() for consistency. Also add function comments in common.h. Suggested-by: Wolfgang Denk <wd@denx.de> Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2017-06-23board/db410c: add missing linker map entries for efiRob Clark

2017-04-05board_f: Drop setup_dram_config() wrapperSimon Glass

2017-02-08dm: core: Replace of_offset with accessorSimon Glass
At present devices use a simple integer offset to record the device tree node associated with the device. In preparation for supporting a live device tree, which uses a node pointer instead, refactor existing code to access this field through an inline function.
