The common code should be valid for more than one architecture.
Therefore this code was reorganized and moved to the new
file km83xx_i2c.c

The top level Makefile does not do any recursion into subdirs when
cleaning, so these clean/distclean targets in random arch/board dirs
never get used. Punt them all.
MAKEALL didn't report any errors related to this that I could see.

The file common.c grows in the past. So move the IVM specific
code into an ivm.c file.

This board is similiar to the kmeter1 (8360) board,
so common config options are extracted into the
include/configs/km83xx-common.h file.
