The timer units in the stm32mp15x CPUs have interrupts, depending on the
timer flavour either one "global" or four dedicated ones. Add the irqs
to the timer units on stm32mp15x.
Sync the DT Files with linux kernel v6.1 and with commit a9b70102253ce
("ARM: dts: stm32: Add timer interrupts on stm32mp15")

The pl18x MMCI driver does not use the interrupt-names property,
the binding document has been updated to recommend this property
be unused, remove it.

Removes hwlocks properties from stm32mp151 pinctrl node. These locks
could be used for other purpose, depending on board and software
configuration hence do not enforce their use to protect pinctrl
devices.
This patch is an alignment with Linux device tree with v6.0 as the
hwsem support wasn’t yet added in pincontrol in kernel. It avoids
issues when the Linux kernel is started with the U-Boot device tree.

Define in the RCC clock provider node which root clocks the driver
depends on. These are root oscillators, which may be present or
not, upon FDT content.
This update binding is introduced in Linux kernel device tree by patch
"ARM: dts: stm32: move clocks/resets to SCMI resources for stm32mp15"
This patch is a preliminary step for SCMI support of stm32mp15
boards with trusted boot chain, based on TF-A or OP-TEE.

This commit adds cpufreq support on stm32mp15x SOC. STM32 cpufreq uses
operating points V2 bindings (no legacy). Nvmem cells have to be used to
know the chip version and then which OPPs are available. Note that STM32
cpufreq driver is mainly based on "cpufreq-dt" driver.

This commit manages diversity for STM32M15x SOCs with:
- dedicated files to support all STM32MP15 SOCs family.
The differences between those SOCs are:
-STM32MP151 [1]: common file.
-STM32MP153 [2]: STM32MP151 + CANs + a second CortexA7-CPU.
-STM32MP157 [3]: STM32MP153 + DSI + GPU.
- new files to manage security diversity on STM32MP15x SOCs.
On STM32MP15xY, "Y" gives information:
-Y = A means no cryp IP and no secure boot.
-Y = C means cryp IP + secure boot.
- stm32mp157 pinctrl files to better manage package diversity.
