2021-07-20ARM: dts: rmobile: Disable RPC HF by defaultMarek Vasut
The RPC HF might be locked by ATF, and any access to its register space would result in complete hang. Disable the RPC HF by default. The ATF should be patched to set RPC node status = "okay" in the DT fragment it passes to U-Boot in case the RPC HF access is unlocked, and that way U-Boot could access the RPC HF safely. 2021-07-20ARM: dts: rmobile: Add sysinfo extras on R-Car Gen3Marek Vasut
Add sysinfo node and phandle to the board ID EEPROM on all boards where this functionality is described in DT, which is Salvator-X(S), ULCB and Ebisu. The u-boot,dm-pre-reloc is necessary here, since the sysinfo must be available early during boot. The V3M and V3H boards currently do not describe this board ID EEPROM in upstream DT, but that could be easily added later, once the DTs contain the necessary nodes. ULCB and Ebisu needs the full EEPROM node in the u-boot extras DT, since the EEPROM node is still missing in the upstream DTs. Ebisu also needs extra compatible string override for the i2c_dvfs. 2020-09-26ARM: rmobile: Enable RPC on Salvator-X, ULCB, EbisuMarek Vasut
Enable the RPC Hyperflash driver on R8A7795,R8A7796,R8A77965 Salvator-X,ULCB and R8A77990 Ebisu. Note that to make the HF accessible, mainline ATF is mandatory and must be built with RCAR_RPC_HYPERFLASH_LOCKED=0 . Note that this is intended for development and testing convenience only and must be disabled in deployment for platform security reasons. 2020-05-20ARM: dts: rmobile: Enable eMMC DDR52 modes on Gen3 Salvator-X(S),ULCB,EbisuMarek Vasut
Enable DDR52 modes, since the SD core supports correct switching now. For completeness, list HS200 modes, however those were already enabled. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com> Cc: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org>
2019-09-30ARM: dts: rmobile: Restore increase off-on delay on the SD Vcc regulatorMarek Vasut
This patch restores commit c49d0ac38a76 ("ARM: dts: rmobile: Increase off-on delay on the SD Vcc regulator"), which was accidentally dropped during DT resync in commit 317d13ac6307 ("ARM: dts: rmobile: Synchronize Gen3 DTs with Linux 5.0"). 2019-04-09ARM: dts: rmobile: Synchronize Gen3 DTs with Linux 5.0Marek Vasut

2019-03-25ARM: dts: rmobile: Increase off-on delay on the SD Vcc regulatorMarek Vasut
An ADATA 16GB Industrial MLC card has so much capacitance on the Vcc pin that the usual toggling of regulator to power the card off and on is insufficient. When the card is calibrated into UHS SDR104 mode, it will remain in that mode across the power cycle and subsequent attempt to communicate with the card will fail. The test with this card is to insert it into an SDHI slot and perform "mmc dev 0 ; mmc dev 0", where the second "mmc dev 0" will fail. Fix this problem by increasing the off-on delay from 0 to 20 mS. 2018-12-04ARM: dts: rmobile: Extract SDHI extras on H3, M3W, M3N Salvator-XMarek Vasut
The SDHI nodes are missing features supported in upstream U-Boot, like mode support properties. Pull the extras into U-Boot specific DT until it hits mainline Linux, to make syncing of DTs easier. 2018-05-07SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel styleTom Rini
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2018-03-05ARM: rmobile: Add R8A77965 Salvator-XS board supportMarek Vasut
Add R8A77965 M3N Salvator-XS development kit support. This kit is similar to the other Salvator-X(S) ones, except is has M3N SoC on it. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com> Cc: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org>
