Address and size cells on SOC are set to 1. But gpio nodes are specified
with 2 cells. This fixes the gpio nodes to correct cells.

According to new qspi driver, some properties like "bus-num, num-cs,
big-endian" are no longer used. Device endiannes can be determined from
device-type data in driver.
Now use board specific compatibles, generic node names and specific
labels to align with linux device-tree properties.
Also consolidate spi-max-frequency to 50Mhz treewide.

[Vladimir] Made the following changes:
- Added 'status = "disabled";' for all Ethernet ports in ls1021a.dtsi
- Fixed the confusion between the SGMII/TBI PCS for enet0 and enet1 -
a mistake ported over from Linux. Each SGMII PCS lies on the private
MDIO bus of the interface (and the RGMII enet2 has no SGMII PCS).
- Added CONFIG_DM_ETH to all ls1021atwr_* defconfigs
- Completely removed non-DM_ETH support from ls1021atwr
- Changed "compatible" string from "fsl,tsec-mdio" to "fsl,etsec2-mdio"
and from "fsl,tsec" to "fsl,etsec2" to match Linux

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Change address_cells and size_cells of root node and 'soc' node
from 2 to 1.
We backport ls1021a device tree source files from kernel to u-boot.
Kernel files set address_cells and size_cells to 2 in order to access
more than 4GB space.
But we don't have this requirement now and u-boot fdtdec_get_xxx interfaces
can't support property whose size is 'u64' completely.
So make this change.
