2018-12-13dm: exynos: sound: Convert to use driver modelSimon Glass
Update snow's device tree and config to use driver model for sound. Also update the others as best we can. Spring does not appear to have audio support in the kernel. The smdk5250 and smdk5420 boards use a wolfson codec which I cannot test with. So the only boards that is tested and known to work are snow, pit and pi. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2018-12-13dm: sound: exynos: Correct codec bus addressesSimon Glass
For snow the codec is at address 0x11 on the i2c bus, in 7-bit format. The device tree and code are in 8-bit format (i.e. shifted left one bit). Fix both. Fix pit in a similar way. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2018-05-07SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel styleTom Rini
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>

Bring in device tree pieces related to display from Linux 4.4 for: - snow - peach_pit - peach_pi - spring Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Signed-off-by: Minkyu Kang <mk7.kang@samsung.com>
2015-08-31exynos: x86: dts: Add tpm nodes to the device tree for Chrome OS devicesSimon Glass
Add a TPM node to the various Chromebooks so that driver can be converted to driver model. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Acked-by: Christophe Ricard<christophe-h.ricard@st.com> Reviewed-by: Heiko Schocher <hs@denx.de>
2015-08-05dts: exynos: pit: Add a new node for the parade video bridge driverSimon Glass
The new driver supports driver model and configuration via device tree. Add a node for pit, which needs this driver. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2015-08-05exynos: dts: Support EC tunnel and main TPS65090 regulatorSimon Glass
On pit and pi the TPS65090 regulator is connected only to the EC and we must use a tunnel to get to it. The existing U-Boot support relies on a special driver. Add a tunnel definition so that the new device-model TPS65090 driver can be used unmodified. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2015-08-05exynos: dts: Sync up I2C ports with the kernelSimon Glass
The kernel uses upper case for I2C unit addresses. Follow the same convention to reduce differences. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Acked-by: Przemyslaw Marczak <p.marczak@samsung.com>
2015-05-14tpm: Rename Infineon TPM to slb9645ttSimon Glass
This name is used in Linux, so use it in U-Boot. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2015-04-18cros_ec: exynos: Match up device tree with kernel versionSimon Glass
The U-Boot device trees are slightly different in a few places. Adjust them to remove most of the differences. Note that U-Boot does not support the concept of interrupts as distinct from GPIOs, so this difference remains. For sandbox, use the same keyboard file as for ARM boards and drop the host emulation bus which seems redundant. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>

U-Boot now supports using GPIOs using bank phandles instead of global numbers. Update the exynos device tree files to use this. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Acked-by: Minkyu Kang <mk7.kang@samsung.com>
2015-01-05cros-ec-keyboard: Synchronize DT binding from linuxSjoerd Simons
The ChromeOS EC keyboard is used by various different chromebooks. Peach pi being the third board in the u-boot tree to use it (snow and peach pit the other two). Rather then embedding the same big DT node in the peach-pi DT again, copy the dtsi snippit & bindings documentation from linux and include it in all 3 boards. This slightly changes the dt bindings in u-boot: * google,key-rows becomes keypad,num-rows * google,key-colums becomes keypad,num-colums * google,repeat-delay-ms and google,repeat-rate-ms are no longer used and replaced by hardcoded values (similar to tegra kbc) Signed-off-by: Sjoerd Simons <sjoerd.simons@collabora.co.uk> Acked-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Tested-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2014-10-22dm: exynos: Convert SPI to driver modelSimon Glass
Move the exynos SPI driver over to driver model. This removes quite a bit of boilerplate from the driver, although it adds some for driver model. 2014-10-22dm: exynos: dts: Convert /include/ to #includeSimon Glass
We should be consistent about this. The kernel has moved to #include which breaks error reporting to some extent but does allow us to include binding files. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>

2014-06-23Exynos5420: Introduce support for the Peach-Pit boardAkshay Saraswat
While the Exynos5420 chip is used in both Smdk5420 and in the Peach-Pit line of devices, there could be other boards using the same chip, so a common configuration file is being added (exynos5420.h) as well as two common device tree files (exynos54xx.dtsi & exynos5420.dtsi). The peach board as declared in boards.cfg is a copy of smdk5420 declaration. The configuration files are similar, but define different default device trees, console serial ports and prompts. The device tree files for smdk5420 and peach-pit inherit from the same common file.
