MLK-18703: crypto: caam: Prevent init TRNG for i.MX6SL/SLL and ULL
After moving TRNG init to U-Boot/SPL for all boards, some i.MX6 boards
SL, SLL and ULL failed to boot.
These boards do not have CAAM.
This patch disable TRNG init for these three boards.
