[iot] Support at-attest-dh variable
Per security requirement, attestation of keymaster
supported by Trusty OS should support both P256
and curve25519 algorithm for Diffie-Hellman.
TEST: Works on AIY boards by below commands:
$fastboot getvar at-attest-dh
