colibri_t20: add sanity check to board_query_sdram_size()
Colibri T20 does not use OdmData but rather relies on memory controller
configuration done by boot ROM based on BCT information. Unfortunately
it is possible to at least boot a 256 MB module with a 512 MB BCT
therefore double check whether we really do have that.
