verdin-imx8mp: spl: enable adc supply
Enable the ADC supply (LDO4) @ 3.3V before enabling the I2C level
shifter so that both sides of the level shifter are properly powered.
Otherwise, depending on ADC connections the on module PMIC I2C bus
might not be functional.
