Improve debugability of the ICH SPI controller driver.
Replace register accesses with functions when compiled with DEBUG defined. Add printf statements in the functions to allow tracing of the SPI controller register accesses. The following command was ran at the shell prompt to modify all invocation sites: perl -pni -e 's/(\W(read|write).)\(/\1_(/g' ich.c and then the DEBUG case implementation was added. BUG=chromium-os:20105 TEST=manual . the tree builds with and without DEBUG defined when compiling the driver.
