bootcount: Add pmic pfuze100 bootcount driver
Use the MEMA - MEMD registers on the PFUZE100 as bootcount registers. Based on work from Heiko Schocher <hs@denx.de>. Signed-off-by: Philip Oberfichtner <pro@denx.de>
