i.mx 6/7 increase maximum temperature for booting linux
On i.MX 6 and i.MX 7 U-Boot does wait until the measured SOC temperature
is below a certain limit.
On i.MX 6 this was 80°C, on i.MX7 85°C.
Put this consistently to 90°C to allow the extended/industrial temperature
rated modules to boot at elevated temperatures.
