Add Boundary Devices OC boards (ocsolo, ocquad)
Note: Boundary Devices OC board doesn't expose RGB pins
Changes affecting other boards (nitrogen6x/oc/saberlite):
enable cko1 for boards with SGTL5000 to disable audio noise
PLL3/PFD1 isn't used as clock source in U-Boot.
remove unused anatop variable (see d4b39fa)
