board: ti: j721e: Prefix BBAI64 DTB name with directory
Update variable name_fdt for beagleboneai64 case with vendor prefix
to locate the dtb files. This prefix of vendor specific directory
is made to avoid naming issues and match the path on the latest kernel
versions.
