Allow compiling out realmode/bios code.
This change adds support for a CONFIG_NO_REALMODE_CODE config option that
excludes the realmode/bios code other than reset code from the build.
BUG=chrome-os-partner:3913
TEST=Built and booted with this option turned on and off.
