Based on 1.17.2 from meta-jetson-tk1. Dropped patch no longer applicable.
Also make sure that 1.17.2 is not choosen for any machine due to the
higher layer priority of meta-jetson-tk1.

The binary drivers in linux-driver-package have dependencies on
gstreamer's base plugins.
Add them to DEPENDS, so that they are available during do_rootfs.

The read_ahead configuration is now set using udev. The script run from udev
was added to meta-toradex-bsp-common, since it applies to all modules with
eMMC.

d.getVar()'s expand parameter is no longer optional and a python exception is
raised in do_unpack.
While at it, do not redefine the location of S and skip QA warnings caused by
the already stripped binary drivers and unusual Nvidia library location.

Make the 1.17.2 only used for tk1 machines.
With the update xserver-xorg update to 1.18 and 'xf86-input-evdev:
Upgrade 2.9.2 -> 2.10.0' this file is provided by the evdev recipe.
So when using an older xserver-xorg don't deploy the file.

The gstreamer based package rdepend on gstreamer components so add
the relevant RDEPEND for these packages.
Silence warnings which can not be avoided with the binary distibuted files.

While at it move the bbappend and xorg.conf under jetson-tk1 so that
one only needs meta-jetson-tk1 when one builds for tk1.

Move the appends on recipe's which are not in an essential required layer
into a target layer specific directory and add them only if said layer
is active in build/conf/bblayers.conf.
