Unsetting KEEPUIMAGE requests that vmlinux is built and later manually
packed into a uImage.
The resulting uImage in morty now packeges a gz compressed kernel in favour of
the uImage compression. Our U-Boot is not configured to boot such a uImage.
So keep the default setting for KEEPUIMAGE.

Moving from patching the "*.pc" files to patching there "*.pc.in" files
should hopefully make the patch more independent of the mesa version.

Unsetting KEEPUIMAGE requests that vmlinux is built and later manually
packed into a uImage.
However the deploy logic for device tree-files can not cope with this
and prefixes the device-tree files with vmlinux and not uImage as expected.

Make the 1.17.2 only used for tk1 machines.
With the update xserver-xorg update to 1.18 and 'xf86-input-evdev:
Upgrade 2.9.2 -> 2.10.0' this file is provided by the evdev recipe.
So when using an older xserver-xorg don't deploy the file.

Disabling LVDS output by default has issue with pcmanfm consuming 100% CPU if
HDMI is inactive. So to make sure HDMI is set as primiary display and to address
the issue with pcmanfm, configure LVDS in extended mode by default so that if
HDMI is not active LVDS will be on atleast.
