Now that %z is standartised in C99 there is no reason to support %Z.
Unlike %L it doesn't even make format strings smaller.
Use BUILD_BUG_ON in a couple ATM drivers.
In case anyone didn't notice lib/vsprintf.o is about half of SLUB which
is in my opinion is quite an achievement. Hopefully this patch inspires
someone else to trim vsprintf.c more.

It is not clear what this return value means. All implemenations
return 0, and the one caller ignores the value. Let's remove this
useless return value completely.

The error return path of failed calls to heleno_x_pon leak
memory because priv is not kfree'd. Fix this by kfree'ing
priv before returning.

This is Sony HELENE DVB-S/S2 DVB-T/T2 DVB-C/C2 ISDB-T/S tuner
driver (CXD2858ER).
Tuner is used on NetUP Dual Universal DVB CI card (hardware revision 1.4).
Use 'helene_attach_s' to attach tuner in 'satellite mode'.
Use 'helene_attach' for 'terrestrial mode'.
Satellite delivery systems supported:
DVB-S/S2, ISDB-S
Terrestrial delivery systems supported:
DVB-T/T2, ISDB-T
Cable delivery systems supported:
DVB-C/C2
