USB: Remove extra call to gpio_usbotg_hs_active().
USB: Remove extra call to gpio_usbotg_hs_active().
The pins have already been grabbed by now, and this
redundant call prints needless debug cruft on the console.
Applies to linux 2.6.22 kernel for MX platforms.
