ARM: dts: apalis-imx8qm: update node fec1
It turned out that on the new Apalis iMX8 QuadPlus V1.1A the
ethernet is no longer working. I suspect this due to missing
muxing for 1.8V/3.3V.
Due to that I copy the whole ethernet pinmux and node over from
the Linux side.
