meta-angstrom backported a later systemd which builds with meson.
This is not compatible with other layers on rocko which bbappend systemd
with config options for the older buildsystem used by systemd.

meta-browser only has a master branch which later versions are no longer
compatible to the rocko branch of the other layers.
