manifest: initial 3.0 aka thud release
With the move to thud we drop angstrom as our distro and we drop support
for Apalis T30, Colibri T20/T30.
- Do not install meta-angstrom.
- No longer used, do not install meta-jetson-tk1.
- Delete default.xml, add when ready for a release again.
