Fix pkg_postrm by renaming from previous erroneous pkg_postremove and
remove /${bindir}/ which would need escaping.
And while at it replace Apalis-T30 in summary with Apalis T30 and get
rid of PR and empty do_compile.

The SUMMARY variable gives a short description of the package (<72 chars).
A missing DESCRIPTION is automatically set to the content of SUMMARY.
