imx8qm: put IRQ_STEER/DRC/DBLOGIC into OFF when suspend
To support KS1, need to put all resources into OFF mode
instead of STBY when Linux kernel suspend. Here, DRC,
IRQ_STEER and DBLOGIC can be OFF for KS1 mode.
